  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. SMS Messaging Service

4.1 Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box during registration or in your account settings, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Fast Lap Fantasy. These messages may include:

  • Race pick deadline reminders
  • Pool updates and notifications
  • Account-related alerts

4.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the NASCAR race schedule and your pool activity. During the racing season, you may receive up to 2-3 messages per week for race reminders.

4.3 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Fast Lap Fantasy is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

4.4 Opt-Out

You can opt-out of SMS messages at any time by:
